My roots are multicultural; from Bavaria to Louisiana to the Bay Area to the PNW.

My passions include music, sports, nature, public health, teaching, writing/editing, audio/video, storytelling, communications, and good ol' fashioned team work.

I received a BA in Public Health from the University of Washington in 2018. The common threads in my life history are collaboration and leadership.
